We love local, seasonal and occasionally wild food. We love sourcing food from good people based in the UK where possible, so the food hasn’t flown miles before it reaches your plate. We care about sustainable farming and fishing practices. We always use free range eggs, sustainable meat sources and try to limit the amount of plastic waste we produce as keenly as possible.
